Why do the book covers for the Chris Collins series only list David F. Berens name?

I was never able to find out the exact reasoning for this. Both authors wrote the books I was able to confirm. Then in August 2021, John Hopton posted on Facebook that they were unpublished from Amazon temporarily, but when they return they would be under his name due to an amicable decision between him and David. Yet now they are listed under Davids name. Either way I've checked and John did write the books along with David.
