I think we can all agree that Brandon Sanderson is the biggest author in the world right now. Ever since his Kickstarter broke records, my friends have been inundating my inbox with messages about the author.
They want to know which of his books they should read first because his bibliography is so extensive. Their enthusiasm is fascinating because, just two years ago, they couldn’t stop rolling their eyes at me every time I stopped a conversation to gush about Mistborn.
Now the tables have turned. Suddenly, liking Sanderson is cool. I like this new trend. I am more than happy to become one of those annoying people who can’t stop reminding everyone that they liked Sanderson before he got big.
