Sacred Woman in 2000.
In this work, Afua makes use of extraordinary meditations, The Rites of Passage Guidance, affirmations, KMT temple teachings, and holistic plant-based medicine to teach her readers how to rejoice in and love their bodies. She asserts that this can be done through spiritualizing the spaces they work and live in, the relationships they attract, the foods they eat, and the words they speak.
In 2005, Queen Afua published
City of Wellness, a work in which she encourages people to undergo rejuvenation and reconstruction through seven kitchens of consciousness.
As the reader progresses through the seven kitchens, she offers holistic health advice in addition to getting access to recipes that encourage the consumption of whole foods as medicine for the mind, body, and spirit.
