I read Guilty Minds because I found it on a train during a long journey. It was the third book in a series I had never read, but I had no problem understanding the characters and their roles.
More importantly, I was blown away by Joseph Finder’s meticulous research. The book had so much detail, and yet it was easy to read because the details did not slow the story down. Guilty Minds should have been a chore to read, but I loved every bit of it.
I hadn’t given the book any thought in months until a friend who knows what I like sent a screenshot of this page to me, and you cannot believe how happy I was to learn the author’s name and the fact that he had written so many books. I ordered all the Nick Heller books a little while ago. Once they arrive, I don’t think I’ll leave my house for the next few weeks.
PARANOIA – This is another book I decided to read after I saw the movie. The book is somewhat better and different than the movie. It involves corporate espionage. Although mildly interesting, it seemed like the book would never end. For every page I read it was like I was set back two pages.
If you don’t have anything else to do it’s worth a read. There are better books out there.
