Christine is the queen of paranormal romance and I have pretty much read most of her novels right from The Prince.
I love the Dark series of novels best as Christine Feehan weaves some dark tales that always have me on the edge of my seat. The idea of ancient powerful beings that are in part tortured heroes falling in love and captivating women to fall for them always has me coming back to these books.
Another interesting series by Feehan is the Drake Sisters series. I love how the Drake sisters despite many challenges finally manage to make a home for themselves and find love.
I was first introduced to the world of Christine Feehan through the Ghostwalker series. I somehow read Mind Game before Shadow Game which messed me up. I could’ve used this list of books, lol!
It is probably because I read it first, but Mind Game will always have a special place in my heart as my favorite in the series. Nico is just the perfect male specimen, a strong and silent alpha male type. The chemistry he has with Dahlia is off the charts, but it takes them awhile to work it out. When they do though… woah.
I’m working my way through some of Christine’s other series right now, but I recommend GhostWalker as a great place to start.
Christine Feehan writes the kinds of novels I used to live for during my teenage years. I would often call them trashy, but I don’t think that label applies to Feehan. I started reading her Dark series because I felt nostalgic about my teenage years.
Actually, no. I started the Dark series because I heard that Feehan came from a family of 14 children, and she had gone on to sire 11 children, which is insane. That revelation about her personal life made me wonder where she got the time to write and what kind of fantasy she wrote.
But once I read ‘Dark Prince,’ it took me back to my teenage years. Though, to be fair, Feehan is a far better writer than the authors I consumed in my teens.
I started reading the Dark Series and enjoyed them so much that I started the Ghostwalker series
