It shows its readers the lives of the family through the many challenging situations and circumstances but despite everything, they continue to work hard to provide light to guide travelers to their destination.
In 2022, Sophie Blackall released one of her best-reviewed works to date -
Farmhouse. It goes back to the 19th century to a setting on a dairy farm and the family that lives therein. From the homemade wallpaper, the wood stove, and the upright piano, it follows everything from misbehaving children to nighttime dreams and contented cows until the farm is abandoned and reclaimed by nature.
Negative Cat is a work that Sophie Blackall published in 2021. This one tells the story of a cat named Max and a boy who loves him and does everything to turn his negatives into positives. When he finally brings the cat home, he turns out to be nothing like what they expected. Still, the boy will not turn against Max despite his quirks.
