They offer advice on avoiding drinking and smoking, doing yoga, spending time with loved ones, and managing money wisely. They also include homemade recipes for healthy meals, cod liver oil tips, and soap.

Their next memoir, Having Our Say, is a memoir written by Annie Nessie Delany and Sara Sadie.

The sisters reflect on life under Jim Crow and how their father found success despite starting as a slave to become the first-ever Episcopal bishop. They recall how they found their careers in dentistry and teaching, and their meetings with famous figures over the years.
