In 1998, he transitioned into professional wrestling signing with the WWF where he soon found massive success. It was also in 1998 that he married his wife Karen Smedly with whom he has two children. When he held the WWF and WCW Championships in the same year, he became one of the most celebrated wrestlers of his era.
Kurt retired from professional wrestling in 2019 but now works for the WWE as a backstage producer. He also works as a stunt coordinator and actor for television and movies.

In the work, Kurt describes his triumphant moments including how he won the 1996 Olympic Gold Medal.
