Jeff Benedict was born on March 14th, 1966 and is currently 60 years old. Jeff Benedict was born in New Haven, Connecticut, USA. Benedict attended Eastern Connecticut State University where he received a BA in history and Northeastern University where he received a MA in political science.

Jeff Benedict is an author, special features writer for Sports Illustrated, and a TV and film producer. Jeff has worked for the Los Angeles Times, and The New York Times, and his stories have been the basis for segments on the NFL Network, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, 20/20, and CBS Evening News, as well as others.

Before Jeff became a journalist, he was the director of research at the Center for Study of Sports and Society at Northeastern University, where he conducted some unique and groundbreaking research on athletes and violence against women. During his time in graduate school, he went on to publish this series of studies on violence against women. During law school, he worked as an assistant to the chief prosecutor in the child victims unit at the District Attorney’s office in Boston.
