He is employed at Muldoon’s grocery store and writes his novel during his free time. His novel is about a supermarket robbery, and he uses the people he works with and those who visit the supermarket as characters.
But the more he writes, the more the line between imagination and real life disappears. Soon, he is confused about what is real and what is fiction as a strange figure named Frank appears and begins to influence his actions and thoughts.

In 2021, Bobby Hall published the memoir This Bright Future, which chronicles his life from childhood to his rise to fame.

Hall grew up in a broken home where he had to face instability, neglect, and abuse. His mother struggled with mental illness and alcohol, while his father was never there. Feeling lost, he ran away as a teen and tried to make it on the streets.

He later discovered online communities and music, came up with the name Logic, and began making hip-hop. His songs are an expression of hope and pain, and they deliver messages of peace. He would soon become a very successful artist with millions of fans.

Drawing from his music, Bobby Hall published Ultra 85 as a science fiction work that expands from the themes of his Ultra 85 music album.

It follows space travellers across the universe on a long mission that tests their survival, technology, and ability to cope with isolation. It combines storytelling, emotional reflection, and futuristic ideas as the characters grapple with questions of connection, memory, and purpose while travelling through space.
