The Journeyman Life: The Not-So-Perfect Path to a Life Well Lived is the path to being a better man.

Numerous modern men are consumed by frustration, anger, fear, and aggression. We’re unable to connect effectively as a dad, spouse, friend, and even as a leader. We lash out at those we love the most, push people away, and keep our inner struggles to ourselves. Such a disjunction from the outside world poisons our relationships and threatens our ability to find real fulfillment.

However there is a path to a better version of the modern man. By facing the inner challenges which inform our outward behaviors, we’re able to reshape ourselves. With bravery and help, we can set off on a new journey toward better relationships, more effective and honest communication, and an overall better life.

Tony harnesses more than 30 years of professional experience as a practicing researcher and psychologist, along with his own personal journey, in order to illuminate the road to a life well lived. The path (and the journeyman) are never going to be perfect, however the journey itself is going to lead to lasting positive change for ourselves and our loved ones.
