I don’t know if Siegel has written anything else besides the Mike Daley/Rosie Fernandez series. From what I can see on this list, his bibliography consists primarily of legal thrillers.
I don’t like legal thrillers. But I don’t need to see anything new from Siegel because I have decided to make an exception for the Daley/Fernandez novels. They are that amazing. I don’t know what draws me in. I like the family drama, specifically the idea that Mike has to run a law firm with his ex-wife.
But the courtroom shenanigans are just as entertaining. The mysteries are compelling, and Siegel doesn’t bog his stories down with legal details. I like what I’ve seen so far.
