Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity. This is a manual on how to make use of the latest techniques for optimizing sleep and exercise and the latest science in nutrition to deal with challenges in mental and emotional health.
Attia asserts that despite the many successes of mainstream medicine, modern medicine has not been able to make significant progress in chronic diseases such as type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and heart disease. Attia believes that it is time to change things and adopt a proactive and personalized strategy to promote longevity.
Attia suggests tactical and strategic approaches that improve emotional, cognitive, and physical health while also enhancing lifespan. In addition to that, he also educates his readers so that they can think more about long-term health rather than short-term outcomes.
