I have done quite a bit of writing in my time. I do not understand how multiple authors can write the same book. This is the main factor that attracted me to ‘MonkeeWrench.’

I heard that P.J. Tracy was a mother-daughter writing team, and I was curious to see whether I could identify the points in the book where Patricia stopped, and Traci took over.

But the book was consistent from start to finish. So, I’m back to where I started. I don’t understand how this works. Maybe one of them creates the story, and the other does the writing. But if that is the case, it doesn’t really count as a team because one person is doing all the writing. It doesn’t matter. Monkeewrench is entertaining.

Oh, how I missed the Monkeewrench series when it ended. I feared that with Mrs. Lambrecht’s death, that Monkeewrench would be gone as well. Glad it continued. Then I thought there would be no more. For some reason, I was thinking about Monkeewrench the other day so looked up P J Tracy and was thrilled to find a new to me series authored by Traci. Started Into the Dark a couple of days ago and am almost finished. It draws the reader in much like Monkeewrench does. Am very pleased with my discovery and the Traci is carrying on the family tradition. Great characters, plot, and setting.
