I love these books! I’ve collected all of them and they will stay on my shelves (except when I’m reading them) until I go to that great bookstore in the sky. I got to interview Ms. Lorens once and she was a lovely, kind, funny, wise, and gracious person. I’m so sad that she has gone. If you love curmudgeonly college professors with brilliant and compassionate partners, emotional and mysterious murders, vivid characters, and many humorous moments, this series is for you!
