Bruce published his most popular work, If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor, in 2001. This is a memoir in which he chronicles his journey from a childhood in a Michigan suburb to becoming a famous B movie actor.

In 2005 that Bruce Campbell published Make Love! The Bruce Campbell Way. This is a fictionalized narrative in which he portrays a B-movie actor struggling to get into mainstream cinema.
