Allison DuBois

Allison DuBois was born on January 24th, 1972 and is currently 54 years old. Allison DuBois was born in Phoenix, AZ, USA. DuBois attended Arizona State University where she received a B.A. in political science.

Allison DuBois is a self-declared medium, author, and inspiration for Medium, the TV drama.

According to DuBois, she was just six years old when she discovered that she had psychic abilities. It was then that she began working with law enforcement, such as the Glendale Police Department and the Texas Rangers, with visions that helped solve homicide and missing person cases.

Her published work includes half a dozen books on the afterlife and mediumship. Through these, she shares spiritual teaching, personal stories, and advice on how to deal with grief.

In 2005, NBC found inspiration in DuBois’ experiences with the supernatural to launch the supernatural drama Medium. The show ran until 2011, and DuBois has said in various media that it was, for the most part, a reflection of her life, even if there were some embellishments.

Allison DuBois has also been a professor of mediumship, led seminars, and hosted podcasts. She is also the founder of an online training program for aspiring mediums known as Dead University, in addition to hosting the podcast The Dead Life.

While she is very popular, she has had to deal with skeptics who believe some of her claims are not valid. Notable skeptic and scientific organizations such as the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry and James Randi have pointed to a lack of verifiable case outcomes and ambiguous evidence concerning her psychic abilities.

In her 2007 work Secrets of the Monarch, Allison shares about lessons she has learned from her experiences communicating with the dead.

She examines the legacies humans leave and shows how she learned the secret to living a happy life through her experiences. Similar to the monarch butterfly, whose survival is pegged to the actions of its predecessors, humans need to live good lives for the sake of future generations.

With teachings on friendships and family, she teaches her audience how to make their lives a true masterpiece.

In 2011, Allison DuBois published the work Talk to Me, in which she tells stories about speaking with loved ones who had passed on.

She explains how she got messages from dead people and how readers can learned to get such messages. He provides advice for teens and children who seem to have psychic ability and others who are dealing with grief.

The work ends with updates about how different her family is from the TV version as portrayed on the show Medium.
In Allison DuBois’s work Into the Dark, she provides a first-hand account of what happens when people die.

She takes her readers through death from the experiences of those who came back from death. She asserts that while death might seem like an empty, quiet, and dark place, it has a lot of life and color.

Through her psychic abilities, she relays the experiences, desires, and wants of the dead.
