Honestly, I chose to read this book because I lived in South Bend, IN and went to the same St Joseph High School as Tess Gunty and mainly because I read (and believed) the reviews! Saying that reading her book was a struggle does not go near it…not only is this book NOT funny it is a psychotic and depraved mess. One wonders about the mind set of the author. My one word review is RUBBISH…and if you want to put outrageous sick thoughts in your head this is a book for you.
