New York Times & USA Today Bestseller Lists For August 13th

The New York Times bestseller list (fiction) is based on the combined sales of fiction in both print and eBook formats in the United States. They also have separate lists for non-fiction and other categories. For more information, read about their methodology. It is for the week ending August 13th, 2022.

The USA Today bestseller list is similar to the New York Times list, except it combines both fiction and non-fiction. Like the NYT list, it combines print and eBook sales into one list. Both lists are very similar, with the 2018 novel Where The Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens taking the top spot on both lists due to the film being out. Colleen Hoover has also been selling a lot of different books due to a popularity surge she has enjoyed from TikTok’s #BookTok community.
