It’s Tuesday, September 3rd, which is always a big book release day!
Hundreds of books are releasing today. We readers are fortunate people.
It’s always tricky to decide which books to feature on days like today, as there are so many great new books coming out. So my process is simple: open up every book and look for the book covers that stand out the most. Book covers are often the first impression a reader gets, so a great cover is key.
First up is the author of “Under the Magolias”, T.I. Lowe. She releases “Lowcountry Lost” today, a standalone novel. Avalee Elvis, a woman haunted by her past, pours herself into restoring neglected properties in the abandoned town of Somewhere, South Carolina. As she works alongside Rowan Murray, a structural engineer and former lover, they confront their shared tragedy, finding hope for personal redemption and a second chance at love.
BookPage describes it as a ‘soul-stirring, unforgettable romance’.
If you are a fan of Military Science Fiction, hopefully you have been reading The Fractal series by Allen Stroud. This is a trilogy, and the finale, “Vigilance”, is out today. And if you haven’t read it, be sure to read the other books in the series, “Fearless” and “Resilient”, first.
The second novel in The Hidden series by F. Paul Wilson is out today, titled “Lexie”. The first book is “The Upwelling”, and this is post-apocalyptic science fiction at its best.
And, of course, the great Lee Child releases “Safe Enough” today. This is a short story collection with no stories involving Jack Reacher. Great to see Lee get to be creative and think outside the box, and we’re looking forward to reading those stories.

Public Reviews: Loved the book and want to write about it? You can write up a review which will show up at the bottom of the authors page. We love reading reviews and they help other readers, so reviews are much appreciated! No spoilers in the reviews though please.
Genre Tags: If you have read a book, we would appreciate you tagging what genres the book is in. It will help our book recommendation system.
Personal Tags: You can now tag any book you wish with your own tag that is only visible to you, such as if you wanted to tag that you own a book, or that you listened to it. You can see all of your tags in the "My Tags" section under "My Library".
