August 9th is National Book Lovers Day in the United States and there is no greater reward to the book lovers of the world than new books. Today we celebrate all of the great authors who have given us so many great books throughout time. We also celebrate the authors listed below who are releasing new books today.
“The Maid of Honor” is the second book in the Serenity Springs Mystery Series by Elle Gray & K.S. Gray. The series follows a P.I. named Bridget “Birdie” Hartley who is the town’s go-to-detective. The quiet town isn’t home to much crime, but nothing lasts forever.
The second book in the series will follow Birdie on a case with personal stakes as she searches to find her missing sister.
The Midnight Village Series by multi-million bestselling author Holly Martin will release the second book of the series today. “Meet Me At Midnight” is the next book in the paranormal romantic comedy series that features fighting fate, mischievous witches, and talking cats and foxes.
Jordan L. Hawk releases “Lion’s Tail”, the second book in The Pride Series. The paranormal historical romance takes place in 1920s Chicago during Prohibition. To run Chicago, you need to control the booze and the magic.
Fans of horror will want to check out “Patchwork” by Matt Shaw. The story features a twisted husband who will do anything to make sure his damaged wife remains beautiful.

Public Reviews: Loved the book and want to write about it? You can write up a review which will show up at the bottom of the authors page. We love reading reviews and they help other readers, so reviews are much appreciated! No spoilers in the reviews though please.
Genre Tags: If you have read a book, we would appreciate you tagging what genres the book is in. It will help our book recommendation system.
Personal Tags: You can now tag any book you wish with your own tag that is only visible to you, such as if you wanted to tag that you own a book, or that you listened to it. You can see all of your tags in the "My Tags" section under "My Library".
