New Book Releases: June 9th to June 15th, 2025

Welcome to the 2nd whole week of June, where we have around 350 new books releasing.

It’s around this time of year when Riley Sager has a new novel out to thrill us all the way into Summer.

The latest novel by the New York Times Bestselling Author is titled With a Vengeance, and it releases on Tuesday. I’m really excited about the plot of this one.

In 1954, Anna Matheson boards a luxury train with a plan to expose the six people who ruined her family twelve years prior.

But when one of them is murdered mid-journey, Anna must find the killer before the train reaches its final stop or risk becoming the next target.

Great news for fans of the Mary Russell and Sherlock Holmes series, as the latest entry in that fantastic series by Laurie R. King is out this week.

Knave of Diamonds is the title of the 19th full length entry in the series.

When Mary Russell’s long-lost uncle resurfaces with ties to the infamous theft of the Irish Crown Jewels, she’s torn between family loyalty and her partnership with Sherlock Holmes. For romantic suspense fans – Lani Layne releases the second novel in her Content Advisory series this week.

Look At Her and Die is out on the 10th. There are currently eight books planned in this series.

And the latest novel by the award-winning author S.A. Cosby is here. Always incredible books, made even better – if possible – by the narration of Adam Lazarre-White. My one audible credit is definitely getting spent on this one – no waiting for the hold at the library for me.

King of Ashes by the King of Southern Noir is the name of the latest novel, and the rights of it have been sold to Netflix, so hopefully we will see an adaptation in the near future.
