New Book Releases: June 30th to July 6th, 2025

We bid farewell to June and enter July with an absolute monster week of new book releases.

We’ve over 400 new books releasing this week, with more than 230 of them coming out on Tuesday, July 1st. It’s always such a great time when the 1st of the month falls on a Tuesday.

Let’s have a look at just some of the great highlights this week, and as always, Vince takes you through some more of the books releasing on this week’s podcast.

Whenever there’s a new Scot Harvath novel releasing by Brad Thor, you better believe it’s going to be the top of our promotion list!

Not only because Brad Thor is indirectly responsible for Book Notification existing (long story), but because 24 books in, the Scot Harvath series is still as good as ever!

The Andy Carpenter series by David Rosenfelt is one of the more popular series on the site, so I am sure many already have Dogged Pursuit pre-ordered.

This one is a bit different because it’s actually a prequel to the series! David Rosenfelt takes readers back to Andy Carpenter’s early days as a defense attorney. After leaving his job as a prosecutor, Andy starts a small practice in Paterson, New Jersey, with the goal of fighting for the underdog.

At a local shelter, Andy meets his future golden retriever, Tara, and her kennel mate, Sunny. But Sunny’s owner has been arrested for murder, and Andy finds himself drawn into the man’s case. With two dogs in tow and his first defense case on the line, Andy begins the career that will define his life.

D.I. Helen Grace is back! Into the Fire releases on July 3rd in the UK, and is the 13th entry in this tremendous series.
