I recently checked out the show Murderbot on Apple TV. I knew it was based on the Murderbot Diaries Series of books by Martha Wells, but had never read any of the books. My biggest surprise was how silly the show was. An autonomous security bot that would rather watch TV than do its job feels very prescient. The show is pretty good so far, but I think I would like it better as a book. I’ll be adding it to my TBR list.
