I Care About Books Episode 8: When You Reach Me

On the 8th episode of Book Notifications official I Care About Books podcast, Care is joined by the Book Notification Founder Graeme, and librarian Angela, to discuss When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead.

When You Reach Me was released in 2009, and was a Newbery Medal winner. It’s in the sci-fi and mystery genres, focusing on a sixth-grade girl named Miranda Sinclair who received mysterious notes that are apparently from the future.

Our February 2026 Book Club Pick is The Bittlemores by Jann Arden.
