I love authors who write novels that can stand on their own even though, technically, they are part of a series. I could have started the Eddie Flynn series by reading ‘The Defense.’

But all I could find at my local store was ‘Thirteen,’ the fourth novel in the series. So, I bought it. Surprisingly, it did not disappoint. At no point did I feel lost. Cavanagh told me everything I needed to know about the characters to enjoy the story.

He also gave me a good reason to read the first three books because the notion of a con artist working as a lawyer is fascinating. Also, this is the first legal thriller that has kept me at the edge of my seat in quite a while. Cavanagh is a skilled author.

I got hooked on Cavanagh in 2017 with the Eddie Flynn Series. Then I read Twisted and am anxiously awaiting the release of Kill for Me, Kill for You. Hope he keeps them coming!

Just picked up your latest book ‘Kill for Me, Kill for You’ and am afraid I’m not going to be able to get anything else done today other than read. You are a master storyteller and have given me many hours of entertainment. Thank you so much for that.
