Sparking dramatic improvements in innovation, quality, and speed-to-market, the Agile movement is spreading quickly throughout all sorts of companies. It enables a team, an enterprise, or a unit to nimbly upgrade and adapt products and services to meet rapidly changing tech and customer needs. The process is applicable anywhere, as companies like Spotify do not need to be born Agile. Even centuries-old Barclays is making the transition and is reaping rewards.
