The Age of Agile: How Smart Companies Are Transforming the Way Work Gets Done helps readers to master the three laws of Agile Management (network, team, and customer). Overcome constraints, embrace the new mindset, employ meaningful metrics, make the whole organization Agile, and so much more. With this new breakthrough approach, even global giants can learn how to act entrepreneurially. Their future depends on it.

More value out of less work. An unstoppable business revolution is underway, and it’s Agile. Companies that embrace Agile Management learn how to connect everybody and everything, all the time. They can deliver intimate, instant, and frictionless value on a large scale.

Agile started emerging many decades back; however, it really only took off in the software development industry. Sparking dramatic improvements in innovation, quality, and speed-to-market, the Agile movement is spreading quickly throughout all sorts of companies. It enables a team, an enterprise, or a unit to nimbly upgrade and adapt products and services to meet rapidly changing tech and customer needs. The process is applicable anywhere, as companies like Spotify do not need to be born Agile. Even centuries-old Barclays is making the transition and is reaping rewards.
