Peter Moon is a non-fiction author who investigates and writes about mysteries involving the sciences, which some might deem science fiction as the books are mostly soft evidence based and how remarkable they seem. He teams up with scientists/technicians, government/military agents and experts including Preston B. Nichols, Radu Cinamar, Dr. David Anderson and Douglas Dietrich.
Probably most famous for his books with Preston B. Nichols and others on the Montauk Series which were based on conspiracies surrounding the Montauk Project. The project allegedly ran for years at a decommissioned air force base on Montauk Point on Long Island ending in 1983. Secret experiments were conducted including applied technology, involving time and space, alternate dimensions, mind control, weather control, alien life, UFO phenomena amongst other occult sciences with staff brainwashed to forget, including Preston B. Nichols. Preston was the Technical Director on the project, being an electrical engineer and inventor. No government or military laid claim to have approved or have knowledge of the usage of the site or of the project after it was decommissioned.
These books and their related conspiracies were inspiration to the Duffer Brothers behind the Netflix tv show:
Stranger Things; with Montauk being their original working title. Before that, it was originally going to be developed as a found-footage style film called The Montauk Experiment until it developed into
Stranger Things. There is a nice nod to it in the show’s finale where Hopper suggests moving to Montauk as they’re looking for a new chief of police.
He also collaborated with Dr. David Anderson at the Anderson Institute, formerly known as the Time Travel Research Center and investigated the Romanian Sphinx and a child with remarkable abilities where they joined forces with Radu Cinamar a member of Department Zero: a Romanian Intelligence Agency. Peter Moon and Radu Cinamar forged their first book in the Transylvania Series.
Peter’s other standalone non-fiction books dive into his investigative results surrounding World War II in “Spandu Mystery”, Roswell and WWII in “The Roswell Deception and the Demystification of World War II” with Douglas Dietrich (a member of the Department of Defense in the USA), and the book “L. Ron Hobbard” and his occult underpinnings.
