Milton William Cooper was born on May 6th, 1943. Milton passed away November 6th, 2001 at 58 years old. Milton William Cooper was born in Long Beach, California, USA.
Milton William Cooper was a radio broadcaster, a military man, and a conspiracy theorist who attracted a lot of controversy.
Cooper was brought up in an Air Force family, and much of his early adulthood years were spent abroad. Given the multitude of experiences, he had a very unique worldview as compared to his fellow Americans.
He had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, and in less than a decade, he had been promoted to First Class Petty Officer. He went on combat tours in Vietnam, where he earned several medals for valor as the captain of a patrol boat.
In 1975, he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy. Thereafter, he became a popular radio host and lecturer who has spoken all over the United States and at Wembley Stadium in England.
During the 1990s, he was an outspoken critic of the American government in addition to becoming a major conspiracy theory promoter. Following the
Oklahoma City Bombing in 1995, Rush Limbaugh, the conservative talk show host, declared Milton Cooper the most dangerous radio host in the country.
His name was also mentioned in the
Filegate Scandal during the Bill Clinton administration. This led to a campaign of harassment by the government, which intended to silence him.
Cooper claims Irish, Native American, Scottish, and English ancestry. He was killed in 2001 following a confrontation with the County Sheriff Department officers at his home. He is now buried in Eagar, Arizona.
In 1989, Milton William Cooper published the work
The Secret Government, a work in which he asserts that there is a secret American government entity, which he says is known as
Majestic 12 (MJ-12).
He alleges that the entity was established by President Harry Truman in 1947 after the events at Roswell. The entity is supposedly charged with concealing alien encounters and managing extraterrestrial affairs.
The work explores a range of conspiracy theories and asserts that the entity’s actions have major implications for individual freedoms and global governance.
Two years later, Milton William Cooper published
Behold a Pale Horse, which was a compilation of several conspiracy theories.
Cooper alleges that the American government has been working with aliens and that the
Illuminati and several other secret societies are behind tragic global events.
He also asserts that the AIDS virus was made to affect some particular races and populations and that JFK was assassinated so that he would not expose secret pacts with extraterrestrials.
