It’s fascinating to see how, through therapy and research, Hazell has taken the time to understand the experiences that shaped her and recognize that she is now in control of her own life.
Through her story, we learn that healing can happen, but it takes time and understanding. It means choosing to accept what happened without letting shame take hold.
