ChiRunning: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-Free Running is about the groundbreaking program from Danny, an ultra-marathoner and nationally known coach. It teaches you how to run farther and faster with less effort, and to prevent and heal injuries for runners of any fitness level or age.
In this book, Danny and Katherine Dreyer, well-known running and walking coaches, provide powerful insights that transform running from a high-injury sport into a body-friendly and injury-free fitness phenomenon.
