Camille Aubray is the author of the Penny Nichols series which currently consists of 4 novels. The Penny Nichols series started in 2007 with the novel A Rather Lovely Inheritance. The most recently released novel in the Penny Nichols series was A Rather Remarkable Homecoming which was released in 2011. There are no upcoming novels for the Penny Nichols series.

Camille is a winner of the Edward Albee Foundation Fellowship and was a writer-in-residence at the Karolyi Foundation in the France.

Camille studied with Margaret Atwood, who is her mentor, at Toronto's Humber College.

Camille's novel The Godmother's was named a People Magazine Pick for Best New Book, and was on the Best Books lists of Newsweek, Buzzfeed, Parade, and Veranda.

Cooking for Picasso was also a People Magazine Pick for Best New Book, was an Indiebound bestseller, and was included on the Indie Next Reading Groups List.
