The book was released on June 16th, after seeing the release date change a few times. It was released on both ebook and hardcover format.
However, there were mass reports of some serious formatting issues and other errors. Even the book description used on Amazon is nonsensical.
The book has been pulled for purchase at this time. Ben hasn't commented yet on the status of it and if it will return with a revised edition. We were told by a user that Ben sent out an e-mail stating that it is being revised but haven't been able to confirm this.
