Ann Rule (Ann Rae Stackhouse) was born on October 22nd, 1931. Ann passed away July 26th, 2015 at 83 years old. Ann Rule was born in Lowell, Michigan, USA. Rule attended Highline Community College, Des Moines where she received an Associates Degree and University of Washington where she studied Creative Writing, Criminology and Psychology.

Ann Rule is known for writing in the Non-Fiction and Crime Fiction genres.

Ann Rule has written 19 Non-Fiction Books. The first was released in 1980 with the book The Stranger Beside Me. The most recently released was Practice to Deceive which was released in 2013.
