Falcone was brought up in Reno, Nevada, and as an adult, he got into comedy and was active mainly in Portland, Oregon. In 2018, he had the honor of being named the
Funniest Person in Portland.
While he was working as a comedian in Portland, Alex made several appearances in
Portlandia, the sketch show on IFC. Alex Falcone has had very successful performances at big festivals such as the
Brooklyn Comedy Festival,

Bumbershoot.

Unwrap My Heart, which tells the story of Sofia, an ordinary schoolgirl who worries a lot about being cool at lunch and her homework. However, things change when a new and hot kid comes onto the scene with empty eye holes, dusty clothes, and a bandaged head. He is a mummy, but she thinks he is a hipster. Seth and Sofia are thrown together for a school project and soon fall in love, only for grave robbers to turn up. The work makes fun of young adult romance cliches such as werewolves, vampires, and other monsters, as it combines old school myth, romance, and parody.
